John Petriello has specialized in litigation in Federal and State courts for over 25 years, and has represented clients in a number of published cases. Mr. Petriello has lectured on construction law, construction liens and surety claims in the State of New Jersey.

Bruce Gudin is a leading lecturer in the State of New Jersey on residential and commercial landlord tenant law. Mr. Gudin and Norman Praet have also lectured on real estate and related issues.

Jeffrey W. Plaza is an experienced litigator in the areas of civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Plaza is an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey. He is also a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Township of Bernards.

Stephen F. Cea has extensive real estate experience. He is the Northern New Jersey Supervising Attorney for real estate closings the firm conducts for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
